Notice of Good Faith Estimate

Understanding Your Health Care Costs at Homeopathic Touch

At Homeopathic Touch, while we do not accept insurance and our services are not regulated by insurance standards, we are committed to transparency regarding the costs of your health care. You are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" of the expected costs for the services we provide.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate gives you a clear approximation of the charges for our homeopathic and manual osteopathy services. This includes any additional costs that may be associated with the care you receive.

Receiving Your Estimate:

  • If you schedule a service more than 3 business days in advance, you will receive a written Good Faith Estimate within 1 business day of scheduling.

  • For services scheduled more than 10 business days ahead, you will receive this estimate within 3 business days of scheduling.

  • You can request a Good Faith Estimate for any service before scheduling. We will provide you with the estimate in writing within 3 business days of your request.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Note on Billing:

Please be aware that as our services are not regulated by insurance, the Good Faith Estimate is an approximation, not a contractual obligation, and the actual charges may vary. We do not accept insurance, and payment is due as per our outlined fee structure.
